The villa is located in Porto Rafti, Greece, a coastal area just outside Athens. It is approximately 20 minutes from Athens International Airport and 10 minutes on foot from the beach, with shops, restaurants, and amenities close by.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?

The villa comfortably welcomes up to 8 adults across four bedrooms and two bathrooms – plus babies, who of course count as VIP guests. A baby cot can be provided upon request, so even our smallest visitors sleep in comfort.

Are parties or events allowed?
No. To maintain a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbours, parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted. This villa is intended for quiet, respectful stays and relaxing family moments.

Does the villa have a private swimming pool?

Yes. The villa features a private 50sqm swimming pool exclusively for guests, offering complete privacy and a relaxing outdoor experience.

Is there private parking available?

Yes. Private on-site parking is available for guests, providing convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay. The parking accommodates two cars.

Is smoking allowed?

For the comfort of all our guests, the villa is a non-smoking property. We kindly ask smokers to enjoy their cigarettes outside and help us keep the indoor spaces fresh and welcoming.

Is the villa pet-friendly?
Absolutely! Pets are welcome guests. All we ask is that their humans handle the less glamorous duties, including cleaning up after them. Your pet will thank you, and so will the garden!
